Thanks TwoTired and Eldar.  TwoTired, that chart is great, and I have seen it around the SOHC board before.  The reason I am working primarly on the main jets is because I figure with the stock needle positions, I should be able to get my mixture issues in the ballpark at WOT.  Right now, with 130s installed and middle (stock) needle position, the bike boggs down and dies at WOT. (if I add choke then it will pull hard) For this reason, I think I need to increase jet size.  Each time I increase jet size I also fiddle with my needle position to see how that effects things too, but I was just curious about others main jet size for my intake/exhaust configuration mentioned above.
Eldar, good point about the air bleed screws, I already have them a bit richer than the default setting, but its worth another shot.
I guess, I just need to wait a day or two until I get my 140s and try them along with different needle positions and see if that clears it up.  Untili then, all I can do is speculate and frankly, there are too many "what ifs" to try and run through!   :D   I'll keep you posted.

Been almost a month and I think I have it fixed!  I was able to slap in 140 main jets with the needles backed out as far as possbile (bottem clip).  With this configuration the bike runs/pulls darn hard.  No more bogging when I crack open the throttle and I don't have to run with choke paritally on!!!!     :o :o :o :o

Thanks everyone for the help.  For the record, I am running pod filters with un-baffled stock exhaust (CB750K2).  Hope this will help someone else down the road.  I have to admit, I am a bit suprised I had to go that large on mains, but I suppose pods and no baffles really open it up.
Thanks, again, everyone for the previous suggestions!

Plugs now are looking good.  I havn't had time to do a real plug chop though.  There will still be a bit of fine tuning necessary, but I know I am in the right ball park and thats a good thing!   ;D
