What is a Mod?

Dont forget, they didnt just ride scooters. They also "tuned" them, and not for performance sake. They added extra mirrors/ lights/ horns super flashy & weighty.

Don't forget that contrary to what you may think, Historicly, the Mods did all the drinking and drugs (though in an artistic "get stoned and discuss abstract art" sense) and the Rockers would touch neither, and only drank coffee to highten the senses when riding fast.  I am sure there was overlap both ways at the time and there damn sure is now. but back in the day thats how is was.
