came across an ad that had all these bikes for sale for $3000

1. 1978 Kawasaki KZ650B
2. 1977 Honda Goldwing GL 1000
3. 1970 Honda CB750
4. 1978 Kawasaki KZ650B
5. 1982 Kawasaki KZ440
6. 1971 Honda 175 Scrambler
7. 1979 Honda CX500
8. 1981 Kawasaki KZ650H

Some run and some have clear titles.

That's 375 bucks a bike. Some running, some not, some titled, some not. Which one's running are titles? That would make a huge difference.
If, for instance, none of the titled ones ran, no, I wouldn't pay that. I'd pay maybe 1800 bucks.
Depends on that, and the condition of the more 'collectible' ones, those being, primarily, the 70 cb750 and the gl1000. The others are mostly 300-400 dollar craigslist fodder, even if they run and are titled.
