« on: July 16, 2007, 08:43:14 AM »
hey all, have been running my stock 4/4 exhaust this year. my mac 4/1 needs a repaint so its off the bike. i have read where some folks run without the baffel. myquestions are, how big is the noise difference? will i need to rejet? i ran the 4/1 last year with not really much problem. the bikes a stock 76 550k with a uni filter and cb900 coils. any advise? thanks carl.

What?  I mean ditto.  I ran w/o baffle just for an afternoon and my ears rang for 2 days.  And yes, you would have to re-jet.
