4 into one question

my question is are 4 into 1 exhaust louder. I am looking at kerker...or are they just louder if you take out the baffels... I currently have a 4 into 4.

My Kerker with stock baffle is not necessarily louder than my stock 4 into 1 (well maybe only a little) but it sure sounds different/better when I crank down on it. Very tolerable. The competition baffles are louder. I can't directly compare it to a stock 4 into 4.

I have a 78 550k that came with stock 4 into 4 .I eventually went to a 4 into 1 mac. the bike is slightly louder with the 4 into 1 but I don't consider it to be a loud pipe. definitly made a different sound. I eventually went back to stock but thats just personal preference.
