Hey thanks Bobby, and I did drink some of the "purified water" to see what it tasted like, and it seemed to taste a bit better than the tap water that it was, so I might use it when I make up my mix?
Just waiting on the fermenting tank now, and I'm on it! Oh, and if you find that you don't have enough room for all of that home made Grappa, I can store some for you! Ha ha, Cheers, Terry.
