new battery

i bought a new battery for my sporster last week,its an odyssey battery.you can see it here www.odysseybatteries.com,its the pc535 model.this bad boy aint nothin but the truth,it has 535 cranking amps for 5 seconds at startup,that sucker wings that motor like its on crack.i love it,i will buy one for the 750 when i need another battery.

AGM batteries kick ass! I will never buy a regular battery ever again. The power is great and they are more forgiving of charging errors.

I hope your  battery does as good as mine has.

Duster, I am absolutely amazed!!! I think thats the longest post I've ever seen you make, lolol.

I have to be a fuddy duddy, but I just got off the phone with West Coast Batteries and they don't make a YB14L-A2 cross size. The only way I can figure is to get the dimensions of the battery tray you are using and find the closest match. It's easier for me because I have a Harley oil tank and can use one of those, but for a stock honda tray, a little research would help. Does anyone have the dimensions handy? I can research it, I have too much time on my hands anyway.

jeff,the stock honda battery is roughly 5 1/4 inches long,3 1/2 wide and 6 9/16 tall,i saw one on west coasts website that looked like it might fit the stock box.
