Hello from North Jersey

Hello to all. I love this site ! I am on it all day...
Purchased a 1978 CB750K this past Father's Day hoping to get my inexperienced knuckles all scratched up and learn about these awesome machines.
Was wondering if there are any members nearby (NY/NJ/CT).
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all the members that have answered my newby questions.

So far, I've changed spark plugs (NGK)
changed the oil
changed the front brake pads
bled the brakes
checked valve clearances
reset Idle Master Screws to 1 1/2 factory settings
synched carbs using Morgan CarbTuner

Next stop would be
To change tach cable and seal
Change exhaust to hopefully Mac 4 into 1
Re cover seat.

Tried installing pods but had to revert back to stock airbox due to mixture nightmares.

Welcome.  Try the Region section for members in your area.  And don't give up on the pods.

Where are you in North Jersey.

I've got a 750 K6. Had the Bike about a Year, drive it every day

Welcome, I work in Yonkers which is directly across the river from you. I lave in Northern Westchester. You have done a lot of work so far.

Look to be about an Hour South of me.

Not sure if you'd want to come up this far for a Run, but This Saturday is the Hudson Valley Ride for Kids for the Pediatric Tumor Foundation. They are Expecting about 300 Bikes.
