Any guesses what this is off of? Maybe a CB or CL 200? Year?

if that's a vinyl inlay on the top (sheesh) cb200 I don't know if any other model had that

  That tank is for the 74-76 CB200. The CL200 tank was a different shape and didn't have the inlayed rubber stripe down the middle.
