GS1000
« on: August 02, 2007, 04:41:26 PM »
You may recall from an earlier thread that while I was buying my Sprint ST, the owner let me ride his GS1000 Wes Cooley replica.  It was a great bike.

Here's a pic.

When I first got to the guy's house, I got so wrapped up in the Suzuki, I almost forgot about buying the Triumph!  :D

It was quite a day; riding up on my 750Four, going for a 20+ mile test ride on the Triumph with the owner leading on this Suzuki, then trading bikes along the way so that I could ride the GS a bit.  Who wouldn't buy a bike after a sales pitch like that?   ;D

Always glad to complicate things.  Why should I be the only one to suffer from me?  ;)
