To me is also a hot water bag. It is what my grandma gave us when kids, filled with warm water, so we could put it inside the bed in the cold winters -in my grandparents non-heated house- so we could have something warm to rest our feet onto. The enema bags over here are completely different...

Most douche's I've seen are one-use bottles.  Not many real douche bags around these days.
