Awesome find - I'd also be interested to hear what you paid for it. Looks to be in not bad shape.

I think I'm with Rhonda here..

What does it need besides a kickstart rubber and an oil change?

Happy trails.

It needs a few things, but it's mostly complete. Runs pretty good too.

It's a friggen steal, I can't believe how little he got it for.

The list of things it needs....

1. Seat
2. bottom of the airbox
3. non-hm-300 pipes
4. Carbs
5. handlebars
6. 18" rear rim
7. correct side covers/red Honda diamonds
8. and a few odds and ends

Most of the expensive stuff is there, wrinkle tank and gauges.

With the prices these go for now , a Stock resto is the way to go.

It's going to get a 100 pt. restoration.

I got it for much less than a decent running K-1 to K-6 would fetch.

and it runs..... If the compression test goes well, I expect there will be no internal engine mods needed. ;D

I expect the resto cost to be under $7k

Okay, now I AM dropping by to visit you.  BTW, did I pass you a couple of times coming out of the VA?

Was this advertised locally?

Probably, I work there, I have been on a CB350F lately.

The benefits of actually riding an old Honda everyday, are as follows...

1. Besides the "Nice Harley" comments, some people actually remember having or wanting a Honda, way back when...

2. Sometimes people actually have sed old Honda in the back of the garage, and are either willing to have you haul it off, or buy it for a nominal fee...

3. In this case the guy knew what he had, but didn't want to ruin it, or put the $$$ into a resto.

I ran into him at a dealership a few months back, and a deal blossomed from the encounter.
