turn signals

I just setup some rear signals but they will not blink.. they just turn on when I indicate.  Any ideas?

Most likely misc wiring.

If the bulbs are nit big enough, so not enough current goes through the (standard square type) flasher unit they won't blink.
Having the same problem.
Honda bulbs seemed to be higher wattage than some of the auto store ones

Kaystone has a good point. If you have decreased the voltage draw for your bulbs, the problem might be the flasher unit. Do a search for LED flasher units. I converted my bulbs to LED's some time back, and had to change the flasher unit to an automotive type.

If they are aftermarket lights and only have one wire coming out, most likely you need to add a ground wire to get them to flash. The aftermarket ones I think are made to ground thru the mounting point, but with the rubber "shock absorbers" and stuff in the mounting holes, it usually requires an additional wire.
