Too Funny!  At least they are saving money, though I doubt the could catch anyone on that thing.....

We have those in Amsterdam too. The thing is, they're the only legal mopeds in the entire city so pretty much everything else with wheels is faster.
When I was a bikemessenger (8 years ago) we used to mess with them a bit. They're easy to outrun on a bicycle... :)
