After owning a cb550f SS...
« on: August 15, 2007, 07:12:32 PM »
Since I'm selling my sohc, I have no time to deal with the wiring issues it has, I purchased a ready-to-run bike, a Kawasaki Ninja 650.  It's not a hump-yer-gas-tank supersport bike, but it's a nearly upright seating postition that feels, and the size of the bike as well, like a modern cb550.  Too bad Honda doesn't make anything (or any manufacturer really) make a motorcycle inspired by the first superbikes (the Honda sohc bikes), they all look too much like a crotch rocket.  And then there's those harley-clone looking bikes.  I'll stick around here though.

Honda makes a nice naked bike (the 919) that looks/feels like one of our oldies.  Kaw, Suzuki, and Yamaha all have their own "naked" bikes too.

Do a search on Google, you'll see!  ;)
