Hi all,

I've owned my share of 70's era 750K 750F and 550F Fours.  My most recent ride was a 2001 Harley Superglide T-Sport with a massive 1450cc v-twin; a real torque monster.  I just sold it and am considering a search for a 69-78 750K or 75-77 550F.  Sadly, the prices have gone up just a little since I sold my 76 550F in 2002.  I'll be doing some lurking and may participate in some tech discussions if I see a question about a problem I once solved on one of my Fours.

I live out in farm country in NW Ohio.

Hey Welcome to the board.
Good to see another member from NW Ohio!  I'm from Toledo, where abouts are you at?  I've seen 2 cb750 K7, K8's for sale here in town.  One for $800 and the other for $250 but looks rough.  Check craigslist for Toledo, I usually see some nice project bikes for cheap. 
I'm also trying to get vintage riders together for a cruise or a meet in town and have even contacted the new Vespa dealer downtown to sponsor a mods vs. rockers type event.  But we'll see how that goes.  Vintage riders are few and far in between in Toledo.
