Happy Easter:

Dedicated to Sgt. Howard Bruckner 1950 - 1969. KIA LONG KHANH.

But we were boys, and boys will be boys, and so they will. To us, everything was dangerous, but what of that? Had we not been made to live forever?

OK we have to move on ;D so it is Arline Hunter who bore a striking resemblance to Marilyn Monroe.  She was a model and minor movie actress in the same time period.  The red background photo is from her 1954 Playmate centerfold, 9 months after Monroe's famous inaugural 1953 edition.  The two centerfolds are very similar.  Hunter was also star of a 1948 "stag" film known as Apple, Knockers, and a Coke.  This short film was of poor quality as you can see from the photos but it was long rumored to be of a then unknown Norma Jean Baker and surfaced after she became famous.  Hunter also appeared in a few Stooges films toward the end of their careers in the late fifties.  I have a few beautiful shots of her but can't show them here, quite lovely. ;)
