rants are ok helps you feel better
Thanks droopy, I know it does, I just try not to let it get to me and, sometimes, I'm not too good at it.

Good to have a place to "Let Loose" though.
Well, tomorrow's the day! We go down this evening, settle in at a local LaQuinta, get a (hopefully) good nights sleep (Dad will anyway

), get up in the morning, meet with the Lawyer and then, on with the Lawsuit!

Sure seems like this should be "Cut and Dried" but I still get nervous.
Monday, when we were there for that "meeting with David", my Dad, my friend and I were talking and I was telling my friend that Dad and I were going to try to "recreate" the Purple Jawa that my Dad built so long ago. My Dad said, "I don't know how much
Help I'll be!" I quickly told my Dad that even if he just makes comments and suggestions, He'd be acting like a
Consultant and they are important too!

Dad just smiled and said, "I think I might can do that!" "If I can remember!" I told him, "No Problem,
I remember most of the bike. I'm just a little sketchy about the area between the rear wheel and the engine (below the seat). I DO remember that he had a regular "British style" solo seat (with those coil type springs on the rear of it. And I remember that he did not put on the standard Jawa sheetmetal or the tool and battery boxes. He had a battery carrier and seems like the rest was out in the open. Sure wish I had taken some pictures of his motorcycles. When we were talking about that motorcycle, my Dad was really getting into it.

He mentions that old Jawa, what he did to modify the engine (and how much he enjoyed building it), how it ran and how it really surprised the Little Rock Triumph dealer when he couldn't shake that old Jawa off of the tail of his Triumph 500cc twin!

That will really make my Dad's day if we can build that Jawa to be like his (and it will make MINE too!)!

Gotta go, got things to do, places to go AND people to see!
Take care all and Thanks, Bill
