Hopefully, Bill's out celebrating and it hasn't occured to him to let us know the outcome.

If that's the case, I can wait all day...

Hey there, It's ME again, Margaret! :D

Got to Little Rock at about 11:30Pm (lots of things to do, so little time) and a 3hr drive to L.R. ::).  Had us a room a a LaQuinta, got up this morning, hustled around ( as much as possible with my Dad and not trying to make him FEEL rushed), Like to have never found a place where I could get my Dad out of my van, got him IN the Court House where we met up with the Lawyer and then I went to try and find a parking place for the morning. Had to park about 2 or 3 blocks away and get back up there. Was introduced to THEIR lawyer and he seemed like a decent sort. If you will remember, our lawyer asked if he'd tried to reason with them and he replied that he'd NEVER seen any 2 people like these 2! ::) Our lawyer asked my Dad, in front of the other Lawyer (those 2 hadn't gotten there yet), about my Dad's military time and Dad replied that he had 41 yrs in the Army and Army Reserves! He also added some more discussion to that and their Lawyer told our Lawyer, "He DOES have it pretty much together doesn't he? After David testified, he came  out into the room where I was (also my Brother's daughter's exhusband and a friend of David's and David was complaining that their Lawyer was going to be disbarred after this because he wasn't doing his job! :P David was also saying that this Lawyer wasn't any better than the last one they had. :D  Hello!!!!  Could it possibly be the CLIENTS that are the problem? ::)

My Dad and I went out to his Favorite place to eat...Again! ;)
And, of course, he had the "Grand Slam"! Again. ;) And we talked all the way back home... All the way! He told me that he will probably sleep EVEN better tonight! 8) ;)  I KNOW I will! ;) I'm going to see if I can get a transcript of the hearing as I didn't get to hear the goings on and would LOVE to have heard (And seen) both of them when they were on the stand! :)

I can not thank you all enough for your Prayers and Support through all this. ;) The next step is to get my Dad's things back. They'll get ONE MORE request with a Deadline and a trip BACK TO THE COURT ROOM, if they don't! And Then will come the EVICTION Notice! ;D

Great news Bill, just a bit sad that it had to end with a family divided. Cheers, Terry. ;)
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

It's still soaking in guys! ;) All this time to get to this day, all the efforts to stop them and all and now THIS part is done! (need a sigh of relief smiley) ;) The lawyer said that the circumstances would have to change before they could try again and, after we left Little Rock, I realized that I wasn't sure what that meant. ??? Anybody got a clue? If not, I will be contacting our Lawyer next week to clarify some things.

Our Lawyer said that he asked David, "Don't you know where your brother lives?" "Yes" "And do you know his phone number?"  "Yes" "Well then, have you ever tried t call him and talk things out?" "No, because he won't listen to me." ::) ::) Ha! Ha! I won't listen to HIM? ??? :P I think he put that wrong, it's more like HE won't listed to ME, because HE thinks HE has all the answers. :P

Yeah, it IS a shame and I've had some try to get us to put it aside and give him another chance. The thing that some folks don't get, is that they crap is still going on and won' be over until THEY give it up Completely AND my Dad has his things back AND they are Out Of That House!

Monday, when we were sitting down there in Little Rock waiting for him to show up, my Dad said to me that David is no longer a part of our family! Now, in the beginning of this (last year) even though he had done so much, my Dad just wanted to get things straight, then my Dad started talking about only having one son and kicking him out of the house (that my Dad is paying for) with me saying "Well, I hate to actually Kick someone out of his house (and then, I got to thinking about the fact that that house really isn't HIS house! ::) Then, David and Jan just kept on doing things and NOT giving my Dad's own things back to him. Well, we've reached the stage of this thing that will end up with (when it is all said and done) neither my Dad NOR myself wanting to see OR hear from him (or them) again!

                            Later on, Bill ;)

"I apologize to you all for the comments above, it's just that I Can Not Relax COMPLETELY until the things My Dad wants, are accomplished". They just Don't get it, you know? :(

Thank you for that Greg, it just seems that when I should be more relaxed, I find myself still wondering what they will be up to next, you know? ??? All I did was what I should do to protect my Dad from THEM and keep them from just LEAVING him in that Nursing Home that they DUMPED him in. Gotta tell ya, my butt is draggin and maybe, after I've had a good nights sleep, I'll feel better. ;)

Give your dad our best and tell him that we hope to have a meet up down your way.

Thank you Will, I'll tell you, I wasn't out there alone I had my Dad's best interest to think of (and HE was depending on me), I had you all behind me, supporting and Praying for me, I had my Wife and my Daughter supporting and Praying for me AND I had God on MY side. With ALL THAT, I shouldn't have been worried, but I have to confess that I was a bit concerned. Plus, I know that my Mom, my Sister, My Grandparents (Dad's parents), all who have "gone on", know that David WAS NOT looking out for my Dad's best interest and I WAS!

If things go right, I'm hoping to get my Dad to the Barber's Event this coming Oct. Lord willing, he and I will be there. Thank you again, to all! ;)
