That's sounds great. I just got my 550 running. Working to get the oil change before I take it for its first ride. Stripped the filter bolt and still trying to get it off. Have ordered a new bolt in the meantime. Hearing yours was inspirational.

Aftermarket 4 into 1.

where did you place the mic?

I strapped a video camara to the tank, with some padding and some bungies.  Still need to figure out a more secure mounting, to take to the twisties!

Thanks.  I wanted to post a sound clip because there are too few for the CB550.  I think it is a great, classic sound, valve chatter and all.  The beginning of the four cylinder Japanese revolution.
