Anyone in for a round of "Name that seat"?

I found this seat at a local show.  Any ideas???

i like the bike in the background. anyways it is an ugly seat but i like the work he put in to do the monoshock

 Sh !t.....that seat looks OK to me!!!!!! ......Kawi lookin' pretty tite!!!!.....Can't really tell what the bike in the background is but kinda looks like a small Jap twin......Kawi 440 or something like that ??? ???

I reckon it looks very messed around with Z900. The fiberglass bit certainly does, and the seat pad just there to spoil it :D

I agree, it should be a Kawasaki Z900 "duck tail".

Great work guys, thank you. 

The bike in the background was pulled out of a local lake by fisherman.  Some how they figured it had been in there for three years.  I saw it's a Honda of some sort, I didn't want to get too close.
