Please humour me while I bask in the warmth of the glow of being a a brand new GGHOF (grandad, grey haired old fart).

First grandchild (a girl) was born this morning at 1.18am.

Boy am I knackered!

Congratulations! They are a ball. I have two now, 4 1/2 and a bit over one, both boys. Maybe we need to start a club of some sort. ;D

OK, can't help myself. While down visiting the kids two weeks ago, I did some deck sealing for them. Had to do some sanding beforehand. Liam's mom said he couldn't help because he might get sanding dust in his eyes. He disappears into his room and comes out wearing his swim goggles and asks if he can help now? Soo...

Smart young feller. When he gets 'in' to motrcycles make sure he doesn't get his head turned by those noo-fangled modern bikes.

Congratulations Nick, I have 2 grandsons, only problem they are 3000 miles from me so contact is restricted, looking forward to October 24th for my next visit and to their next visit over here, my eldest loves his vehicles can't wait to give him a ride on the 400f.
