I saw that clip yesterday, and it was so painful to watch I almost had to stop it in the middle.  It's like she just couldn't stop herself.  You have to admire the host for being able to maintain a straight face.

I'm surprised she didn't have serious oral damage from cramming two high-heeled shoes deep in her mouth at the same time!  :(

I'm sorry she had to embarrass herself in front of a large audience.

You know...if they stuck me up there in front of millions of people and asked questions like that you probably wouldn't have heard a better response...stage fright can make even an intelligent person sound dumb! Especially when they didn't understand or hear the question properly but are too embarassed to just say "sorry, could you repeat the question?"

And no I am not just defending her on the ever so slim chance that she happens to own a SOHC and frequent this site and need a knight in shining armour to defend her...although that would be OK by me (although likely not by my wife!!!) P.S. my wife has the brains and beauty too...and no I am not just saying that on the offchance that she happens to own a SOHC yadda yadda yadda....

HAHA! Let's all make fun of the stupid blond!! I agree that she's not as well articulated in the English language as my 7 year-old (Dutch) nephew, but then again, she's much easier on the eye....What really scares me is the question ::)

You expect a Miss Teen to be smarter than that, but don't seem to find it strange that 1/5th of Americans can't find the US on a worldmap!!!!!! I would say she's just as smart as 1/5th of your fellow countrymen, must make you proud to be Americans.. ;)

How the hell can you miss the US on a worldmap???? It's not exactly a tiny country. It makes you wonder how many Americans can locate Liechtenstein on a worldmap.

Anyone here on Facebook? There's a world quiz on there where you have to put a pin in the map where you think certain cities/countries/famous places are. I must admit my knowledge of US/canadian cities is not brilliant... getting better though the more I play the quiz. I also have trouble with Chinese/Russian cities, like I know the city is in China but it's such a vast country I could still be thousands of KM out from where the city really is.

Britain and the smaller countries are easier because you can never be more than about 500km out provided you know which country it's in!
