n00bie here from NYC - hello all
« on: September 07, 2007, 07:20:24 AM »
Just picked up a CB550 as a city bike/project.  I'm new to the CB's having ridden sport bikes exclusively until now.  My last bike was a 2003 Kawi zx-6r 636 with a few mods.  As for the 550 I'm planning on doing a mild cafe with billet clip-ons, cbr rearsets, modified seat, and possibly a few carbon fiber pieces.  I look forward to sharing the progress of my project as I get into it and I thank you all for the wealth of knowledge you've all provided in this forum.

Cheers,
Jason

Welcome from Westchester.
Dedicated to Sgt. Howard Bruckner 1950 - 1969. KIA LONG KHANH.

But we were boys, and boys will be boys, and so they will. To us, everything was dangerous, but what of that? Had we not been made to live forever?
