305 Dream
« on: September 26, 2007, 05:39:51 PM »
Can anyone give me an idea what I should offer for a 1962 305 dream, all original but with missing tank badges, one missing sidecover, and a slight tear in the seat cover. It does run well and has been stored inside forever.

Thanks for the help

as little as possible.  kidding.  these things are being more and more sought after lately.   I bought a  good running '63  in just better than ratrod  shape.  only thing missing was the original seat. It was a little banged up but still in good running shape.  I paid $350.00 for it 2 years ago and that is with the title. bough a parts bike for $25 with out title.  title is some thing that is hard to find with these bikes.  now my titled bike is about 500 to 700 depending on the buyer.  just a note make sure it has a good chain guard, carb covers, and good chrome.  these are the expensive to replace.  If you buy it I might have an extra set of badges.
hope this info helped.
