REMOVING PAINT FROM RUBBER

NEED TO GET SOME OVERSPRAY OFF MY TIRES...IS THERE ANY PRODUCT THAT CAN REMOVE PAINT FROM A TIRE WITHOUT HURTING THE TIRE.

I would use a scotch-brite pad or some steel wool with just regular soap, water, and elbow. Once the paint cures and hardens you can deflate it some and apply some pressure over the area which should get it cracking/peeling.
