Bad Lads Army....
« on: September 16, 2007, 12:50:19 AM »
For all you Prisoners Of Mother England...

The best thing to come out of UKTV for years.

It took me back to my 10 months in the Royal New Zealand Air Force in 1972 when I was a green, innocent little bastard.

Lessons leared the hard way and barrack room justice. The way it should be. I'm looking forward to the sequel. A great series.

Geez TC, why only 10 months in the "Un Zud" Airfarce? Did their Tiger Moth crash, forcing the RNZAF to disband?  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Well Terry, apart from being on a short service contract for training on behalf of the NZ Ministry of Transport, they didn't like me and I didn't like them. Spent time in the Baggie's Bar and Sportsman's bar but when I arrived at RNZAF Base Woodbourne years later I was an affiliate or was it associate member of the Officer's Mess. Didn't like it much. Used to sneak off to the Corporals Mess for beers with my mate from the Rescue Fire station...The young girlie's used to get up on the tables when they got pissed and would get their t*ts out which was a lot of fun.

Anyway, why don't you come over and pick up your F111 spare parts you've left over here?  You've got one that buried itself off the end of runway 05 (I think it is) at Ohakea and another one somewhere in the Hauraki Gulf.

Actually you are right, it has been a right royal F* Up hasn't it?  At least we have managed to stay out of Iraq. I think that was the right decision. I've gone from a hawk to a dove in my old age. How sad.

Geez mate, don't mention Iraq around here, you might be a dove, but you're surrounded by gun toting Vultures, ha ha! Seriously though, NZ was smart to stay away from iraq, it's just such a mess now that we have to "stay the course" just to patch it up to the point where we can walk away like we did in Vietnam.

In my humble opinion, Iraq was the "Coalition of the angry" taking our revenge for 9/11 and Bali out on Iraq, because no-one liked Saddam much, so we were happy to believe that somehow he was a genuine threat, when in fact he was as much a victim of 9/11 as those poor buggers in the World Trade centre. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Terry, I agree on Iraq. I like my guns just fine but we should have just stayed out of that area. Now it is a mess and I doubt anything will fix that.

Good on you Eldy, that's why I like you mate, you like guns (so do I) but you're not a nut about it, and you know that the whole concept of a war in Iraq is a crock. Eldy for Prez!!

Ain't that the sh1t. You get to come and go as you plaese. I got stuck in Country for 2 years and another two out in the middle of nowhere. I did not like them and they really got to dislike me, but i had to stay. The girlies out in nowhere if they got on the table it would break. If they whipped out those jonnies they would hit the floor.

Yeah mate, you're lucky you've got a K8 though, if you had a beautiful K1 like mine, the secret service agents running along beside wouldn't be able to keep up!

Hey Bobby, where was 'the middle of nowhere"? Those local girls sound like good mid western milk fed babes?

Worse, out in the Desert. The sun and zero humidity bakes em to crisp young. However the lack of teeth has it's advantages.

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I couldn't have put it better..........
