For those who have read this book, how does it compair to Mick Duckworth's?
Duckworths's is very authoritative too, but lacks detail in the restoration section. The Wyatt book gives more detail in the small details like short chainguards and the like -even if I have discovered in this forum a lot of things unique to the earlier models that are not covered in Wyatt's.
Furthermore, Wyatt's book format, size and pictures, are more entertaining from my point of view. It has been some time since I read both but I recall Duckworth's had more press and official pictures, while Wyatts had lots of original pictures from restored and unrestored bikes.
If you could read german, there is a great book written by Reinhard Hopp. "CB750, die Geschichte einer Legende" -CB750, the story of a legend -loose translation- It also lacks the amount of original pictures on Wyatt's book, but it is very authoritative too and have lots of pictures.
PDF or photocopy? Suffice to say when I read mine I passed the pages barely touching them to avoid staining the paper with my fingerprints. There is no way on earth I would punish the book's spine by scanning it. I could take a picture of each page though, but with a 3 Mp camera the result would not be that good.
