Yet anther Pressed in Slow jet queston

So, as I start working my 78 750k carbs (#'s 1 and 3 are stuck) off of my "Parts" bike, I have found that they have the pressed in slow jets. I did a search and found that they can be removed (carefully) for cleaning. What I couldn't find, however, was the best way to presss them back in.

Does anyone have a good tip on that?

to be honest I just pushed them back in and then gently tapped with an old brass hammer that I have...VERY Gently....doesn't take much!

Same here. Mine felt like they were "seated" when I put them back in.

Just push it in straight with your fingers as far as you can and then tap it lightly to seat it.
