Will Wiseco rings work on a stock ART piston?

In probably 90% of the time, No they will not interchange. the ring dimensions are normally different, (thickness & width). But that doesn't mean the a set from, say a Yamaha Wiseco piston kit with the same bore as a Suzuki model wouldn't fit the piston. But without measuring ring dimensions and than install on piston and measuring side clearances (ring top/bottom to piston groove clearance) there is no set rule/guide to follow. So to put it straight. Don't do it unless you are desperate and have time to play....

Probably not. Most of the older ART pistons used thick rings. All of the currect Wiseco stuff is the thinner rings.
