Hi all!  New here and have just got a 79 CB550F.  While turning the engine over today on the starter the whole thing just went dead on me.  The battery has plenty of charge and the fuses are all intact but no lights or power.  Any ideas where I should start to look?

The last model year for a CB550 F is  77.

Check your fuses again.  Resistance from corroded fuse clips (can be transparent) can make the fuse element melt under the end cap where it is not obvious.
