swap meet goodies , can anyone ID this

so i just got back from a swap meet i got this little gem for 10 bucks.
the guy said is was a cb350.. and he thoght it was a 69 but he wasn't sure.


no dents ... as you can see there is lots of rust but it's not too bad
 



anybody got a petcock (i love that word, if only they were as fun to work on as it was to say)

Looks more like tank from a 450 DOHC
