That an old photo of the lab exterior? Has the roof held up or has it's eco-greenery caused it to leak?
You don't show the small lathe and drill press with the sliding or is it a rotary table?

Cafe Interceptor, Duc 998, and I forgot, what is the 3rd bike?
If you could convince/con/cojole your attractive better half into riding her own you could double the size of your lab. Expanding its footprint to a longer rectangle along the fenceline. You would loose that lovely green roof but, the bikes could languish in larger spaces as well as accommodating additional steeds for you both.

So, you gonna sell me you old Yamaha caliper since you're moving to bigger and better with the Brembo?
I am using a 19" wheel instead of the 18" but, I would still need to trim the caliper for spoke clearance

The better half has been incredibly supportive. She often suggests that I should build a bigger garage but you gotta know your strengths as well as your weaknesses and you've already eluded to one of them. Bigger garages lead to more bikes, more expenses and less time to enjoy them. Physical limits are what keep me from spreading out of control.

Current crop includes the Café Interceptor, Ducati 999R and Triumph 1050 Tiger. Each one offers something the others don't. No duplicates!

998, 999R, peas and potatoes, but oh what peas and potatoes...those Italian women are hot blooded, having worked with a few pure bloods when working on a Italian joint venture back when I worked for AT&T... Concertina was stunning but married...a real head turner and very smart. I was married and not looking, merely admiring. Funny thing was her nickname was "Titi". (Tee Tee)
The women I saw around Rome when there was amazing, they were quite attractive. I imagine there are a lot of beautiful women running around Vancouver with all the film related work going on there. But, you need to look no further than across the dinner table for one example... right?!
She's not been messing up any knees or other joints lately, has she?

Modify that door a bit and it can look a little more like from the shire...
Looks like the neighbor behind you has a green roof too on his garage.
Forgot about it eating car parking space in the alleyway. That would be a negative.

Dam and with a description like this, "Completely restored freshly buffed and painted. This motor is in outstanding condition and the nicest 650 custom motor you will ever see. It's ready to mount. You won't find one nicer" I really feel like I missed out. Thanks for rubbing it in.

You know Jimmy that lovely piece of motorcycle machinery showed back up on ebay again.... I forgot to see if you won it that time around. Seeing how you were not howling at the moon about your victory I am guessing you didn't notice it was back. I figured Syscrush would like your bike with that motor. Where is he anyway? Anyone rattled his cage lately?

Ok, I've gotta come clean. I've been keeping secrets and it's time to fess up.
When I originally cut down the front fender (page 14) I totally screwed the paint.
Every picture I've posted since has been of the right side. The good side.

Thought it was a good idea to tape the entire fender with masking tape, draw my new shape, cut and peel.
Note to self......always peel the tape from the centre down to the edge. Never peel in the opposite direction, unless you want to re-paint.

Starting over offered an opertunity to tidy up a few deficiencies.

While I'm at it I figured I'd do both fenders in the same carbon weave.
This time I used crystal clear surfboard resin. Surfboard resin also has a UV inhibitor.
Don't worry about the cloth seams on the front fender.
That will be painted leaving only the mount spars clear to carbon.

The carbon fiber reveal from that mask will be a subtle but outstanding feature. I loves me some carbon fiber!

Here's one of the paint masks that my painter will be working with. The clarity is second to none. Can't wait to see how it comes together.

I really like how well the small and intense Eagle Eye LED signals on the front work that I ordered some more for the rear and made special housings.

Eagle Eye LED has the same OD as the housing and slip over and index on the sleeve.
