True.  Calibration could be off a little.  A tuned motor generally tends to drink more, but not likely that much.

Wow! The double color logo looks like Honda made it. The fender looks nothing short of terrific.

Thanks guys. I'm really pleased with the results too.
The painter did an amazing job with the increadabily challenging detail of painting the emblem and I think I got the cut of the fender right this time too.

Jimmy, you know that you need to get some nice pics of the Canadian Cafe Interceptor before fall. So, we will expect you to post up some nice high resolution pics before Fall arrives.

Don't know if you took her on the trip to Idaho or one of the other bikes.

Hi David,

Nice to hear from you. I didn't have the Interceptor in Idaho.
A bit too far so I rode the Triumph 1050 Tiger. Had a blast too.
Been riding the Interceptor a lot lately. Was out for a couple hours today actually.
Will post some 2015 pics soon.

How's your mom doing?

Cool Jimmy!  Glad you had a blast.

Mom's surgery went well and they were able to remove the tumor without disturbing the spine structure.  So, that meant no screws & plates. Also, recovery will be faster.  Pathology was able to tell the surgeons it was benign before they closed, so, that was an answered prayer. Pain is different as back surgery leaves you hurting and when it is at your tailbone, even moreso.
First week after surgery was rough but she bounced back quickly and is getting up and down without needing assistance and able to go to the bathroom.  She's getting more mobile but still has to regain a lot of strength from the couple months that she was forced to be idle.  She's getting cabin fever a bit and will get out of the house for a while this week.
She's chomping at the bit to be able to get back to work at my brother's office (receptionist and filing), as well as driving.
She's very independent and she's wanting the close supervision and support to be over, not be needed.

Thanks for asking.
David- back in the desert SW!

Do you have two CB's? I saw the one you ordered the 4:2:1 exhaust for, that's why I ask. Exhaust looks like a nice piece!

I used to have two but the garage is only so big and it had to go.
The Hindle exhaust I purchased from Ripple Rock Racers will soon be on the Interceptor

That Hindle is nice looking. But GV, why ditch a system you have when you indicated you were happy with it? Seems odd  ???
