Hi Guys,

How do you remove the slow jets in a 1978 Kehin carburetor?

they are pressed in so you basically just need to pull them out...put a rag on them to protect the brass (altho marking the outside shouldn't hurt them) and use good pliers or vise grips and twist and pull straight out.

Mine came out using my fingers,  I had to pull a bit but they came out.............CHris

The move to take them out is wiggle with a twist. To put them back in just press them in with your fingers to get them started straight and tap lightly until they seat. Real easy. Pressing them in was a wink and a nod to the EPA.
