not a bad way to spend a tuesday night if ya ask me
if your wondering why the bolts are so long , i had everything i needed to grab from work written down
and i forgot the stupid paper .. so i just grabbed ones that were DEFINITELY long enough to bolt both rotors together
if you have a drill press i highly recommend this setup , i was loosening and moving the rotors with one hand ...it was awesome
4 bolts (i used 8mm) 70mm long , bolt the rotors together with that .. another bolt about 90mm with 2 wing nuts on each end , two 3" circle plates (the shape doesn't matter, it was just easier to carry in my pocket) with a hole in the center... thread one wingnut on backwards, all the way onto the bolt and secure it somehow (weld, JBweld, epoxy, semen, super glue, dead babies..ect) viola.. perfect rotor clamp .. worked like a charm
(playing with the camera settings while drilling)
...got both calipers in pieces , waiting for the rebuild kits that should be here tomorrow or friday
