Greetings from the UK!
« on: October 17, 2007, 06:46:50 AM »
Hi everyone.

I'm Dave and I live in Lancashire in the North of England.

I'm originally from Liverpool and have lived in Lancashire for more than 30 years.

I've been riding for 31 years and haved owned many bikes but have probably had more Hondas than any other make.

My current bike is a 1978 CB550F2

It's done 16,000 miles and I've owned her for a couple of months.

I'm slowly cleaning and restoring her but I want to ride more than polish so I won't be looking for concours standard. I just want something that rides and looks good.

See you  around.

Welcome Dave. Nice, clean looking bike there. There are many of your UK brethren here as members.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

I believe so.

I've seen a few familiar names on our UK board.

Sam works strange hours so he's awake when most of you lot (in the US) are.

He's a bit lonesome on the UK site at 2am...

Welcome Dave, good to see another 550 alive and well in our part of the world ;D
