Topic: Turnsignal state On or Off?

I have a 78 cb780k and ever since I bought it this spring the front right turn signal is constantly on.  The others are off.

They will all flash, but the front right is always on when not flashing.  What it the correct pattern for them?

I'm guessing that the left front "running light" is burned out.  You should have the running lights on BOTH of the front lights on all the time.

The front signals should have dual filament bulbs, with the less-bright filament on all the time except when flashing (they might also go off with high beams on). You may just have a 1/2 burnt out bulb on the left.
With the standard flasher, I can't think of a way the actual flasher filament in the bulb could stay on when not signalling then flash with the signal selected.

so the fronts should have "running lights" on at all times but not the rears?  If thats, true then as you guys stated above it must just the bulb in the front left is out.
