Topic: What do the suffixes mean after the size?

This may have been gone over, but I could not find it.

I am actively searching (in a passive way) for a CB750 for either a cafe project or a rider to turn my Nighthawk into a cafe, but have seen all manner of letters after the engine size. What does it all mean? Which is the one/s has/have a flat seat? Is there a web site somewhere that will edumicate me?

My summary:  K is the original series name which became a pseudo touring model in the late 70s.  The F is the "sport" models beginning in '75 and the A is the automatic.
