As pointed out, it's a 1967 or '68 CL175. They are fairly sought after in the Honda 160 racing crowd as they are pretty much a 160 on steroids. Bigger valves, hotter cam and a 5 speed gearbox instead of the 160s 4 speed. We've seen reference to there being a 1967 model, but we've only found 1968's. Side by side they are nearly identical to the 160s with the "sloper" stressed member engine and frame. From the outside only the 175s smaller front brake helps give it away. (Yes, smaller) In 1969 the CB and CL175s were redesigned with a new "vertical" motor and cradle type frame making the 175 'sloper' kind of rare. Great little bikes. IMO, if you could grab it for less than a couple hundred bucks, it would be worth it even in that condition.
