I found this new Mafia game online. It is actually pretty challenging to learn to work it right. It is called Blood Cartel. There are only 413 registered users, but only 83 are currently playing. Get in on the ground floor of this cool game.

I have only been playing a couple of rounds but lucked out and got in with a good Family. There is no cost to play, I play for free. When you register and log in, look for Tony_Corleone, thats me.
