it is just a big chrome magnet. I am sure you would be better off with a magnetic drain plug that you can get from your local speed merchant (not the drug dealing kind, the auto parts kind).

30 bucks for a magnet? no it isnt worth it. like geeto said, get a magnetic drain plug.
