What kind of exhaust is this?

Im thinking of buying this exhaust but I would like to know who made it. The owner says its for a cb550. Will it fit a 1974 cb550k?

It almost looks like a MAC ones piece unit. Do you know if there is any kind of baffle that goes with it?

Yeah it has a baffle. The only thing I am worried about is if will actually fit my bike.
