Ok so took it to work today and it was perfect! A little chilly but a great ride none the less.

except........

I LOST one of my springs for the idle air screws!

I dont have any idea where it could have gone to. And after looking for an hour i quit, RTV'd the screw in place and it works fine!

Soooooo, Does anyone know where i can get a set of screws/springs?  I checked z1 and they dont have them... Any other good sites that im missing?

That's the mixture screw.

It's likely that your slow Jets are completely clogged up.  I'd say that it's time for a good carb cleaning.  The slow jets in the PD carbs are press fit so you'll have to carefully pull them out.  There are quite a few threads detailing this, so some quick searches should turn up a lot of info.

And yours are pressed in BTW, no threads to unscrew.
However it is WELL worth the effort to remove them and clean the passage behind them.

Jesus. I bought mine for 500 and I have the SAME EXACT problem. The guy I bought it off of says he rebuilt the carbs, not just cleaned them, so I'm thinking its not that. Any ideas?
