Anybody ever delt with these guys? Goes by Prospect Cycles also. I bought a petcock from them almost a month ago, my check cleared the bank on 10-9. I've sent them several emails but so far no part and no replies.

I called them about a part a year ago or so and left a message. They returned my call several weeks later after I got the part elsewhere. I still have the number for some reason - 541-296-0004.

OK, now I'm getting a little pissed. Have never gotten a reply from these guys, no part, nothing. Checked the UPS tracking number but no info. Called UPS and they said they had billing info only which indicated the part had not shipped. I had ordered one from cycle-salvage.com, got it in 3 days and been riding on it ever since. I think I should get my $$ back but I can't get them to answer an email. I also have their number so I'm going to give'em a call.

Just found out part was finally shipped on 10-29. One month to ship one petcock.
