Nah, that's just the old CBX750 engine that we got here 20 years ago, I bet they haven't fixed all the faults it had that killed it off in the marketplace all those years ago. Personally, I think this is just a cynical attempt to recoup some of their production costs that the CBX750 model lost all those years ago. The Japanese really are a patient lot.
If you blokes aren't aware, the DOHC air cooled engines, with the exception of the virtually "hand built" CB1100R's, were more mechanically fragile than the SOHC F2/F3, with terrible electrics, and "flopped", sales wise, because of a reputation for unreliability.
The 1980's was a nightmare period for Honda with one "flop" after another, (the VF series, which immediately followed the DOHC's were rubbish right up until the VFR750) and Honda even considered scrapping it's motorcycle arm and concentrating on car manufacturing, due to poor motorcycle sales figures, worldwide.
