lubing hub bearings in place?

Can bearings be lubed effectively without removing them from the hub? I've got my wheel off and wasn't going to replace the bearings, but if I can replace the grease with them in the hub I will.

The bearings should be Cleaned, Inspected, then Repacked.
You can force more grease in wthout removing them but then you've mixed new grease with the old grease.
I'd recommend taking them out
