Making some progress...
« on: November 07, 2007, 08:44:23 PM »
I'm getting closer to having this baby as a roller! Completely refurbished/restored the wiring harness, coils, instrument cluster (polished) and the main panel, plus I finally got the forks/trees and swing arm mounted. Just sent my new 21" and 16" Drag Specialties rims out for custom lacing today. I got my tires in from Dennis Kirk today also- Pirelli MT66s (80/90 front & 140 rear) - I have to say that I am very pleased with the pricing, service, and shipping. They matched American Moto Tire and shipped free!

Still looking for a decent deal on some nice clip-ons and keeping my fingers crossed for some NOS Mac Drag Pipes! I'm going for the "restomod/cafe/bobber/chop/pro-street/vintage-jap" theme for those of you wondering.

Completed Project "Four Pack" - My 1971 CB500 KO - Now For Sale - email me for more info!

Chopstar, Hey therelookin really great to each their own where you have done so well and looks like spared no lack of pristege detail  why put a "MAC" on such a beutyfull scoot, yes it will look good for a while but I know there is a prettier and more performance filling pipe good luck with your build .just my 2 cents  Craig in Maine
