Ever wanted to build your own, or know anyone that does. I may have some parts if you want to build an eccentric adjuster unit.

The adjuster blocks that turn are 6061 aluminum and have 3/4 inch off set. meaning if yur adjustment is near the middle you can have up to approx 1.5 inch in ride height adjustment.. but less ayou get further away from middle.. with a chain tensioner you could stay in the middle. I will have to check measurements but think the rotating part is 2 inch with a 2 1/4 shoulder with 12 adjusting marks. These fit in a steel housing that is 3 7/16 od (will check specs) Can be used in aluminum clamp but one assembly will have to be coated. They are .75 hole but  they can be bored to 20 mm.

Anyway if you want to build a cool swingarm, these may help. I originally made these for V-Twin frames being sold through a US company.. I added the index markings, later saw someone else using the same index lines claiming it was their idea !!

Shoot me some pictures/prices if you don't mind, as soon as I get my new Miller Synchrowave, I'm going to start building some box section aluminum alloy units. I'm basing this on my Ducati 851, because the measurements are remarkably very close. I'll let you know how it goes; I'm going to document everything as I go. Who knows, depending on how labor/time intensive it is, this might be a marketable item. I've also thought about incorporating some type of top shock mount radius adjusters like the Vincent Black Shadows had with gradation marks on it. A few degrees (or even 1/2 a degree) in the cant can make a hell of a difference in handling/swingarm behaviour. My email is www.torrencebirdsong@yahoo.com. Tory, I will try to photocopy the parts and fax if it is clear or get someone to take some pics.

Will dig them out the next few days see how many I got, check specs etc..

They look similar to JMC but have smaller adjuster holes and a lip on the outer edge that has index markings

Nice frames.. not sure how those Honda twins get into the frame?? maybe put the top end on after??

The bracing tubes that connect to the head are removable. still, I believe you have to slot the engine in with the top end off.

Here is the specs of the Alum adjuster.

Height offset is 3/4 total. axle hole is 3/4 reamed.

OAL width is 1.025,
2.0 dia for .820 wide and  2.25 dia for.210 wide.

To turn these there are 2  5/16 holes on 1 inch centres.

There are 12 index marks milled on radially to help in adjustment, a feature not found on all.

I have 3 pairs of the finished alum pieces to sell, and a lot more in  finish turned condition but no drilling done(you would have to drill axle hole, adj holes ,index lines , etc)

The outer 3 7/16 steel holder, I have round blanks but, non finished. I think there are better ways to hold them that look nicer, ie aluminum block or steel block. The 3 7/16 looked OK on a softail swingarm, but would look heavy on a dual rail or box tubing arm.. they could be trimmed but need the meat where the single clamp bolt went.
