A while ago there was a thread about something and the subject of BREADBOX airfilters came up. I mentioned I had one for sale and Jimmy (DragOn) was interested. I sent photos after which he wanted it - I sent it by USPS (with insurance) for $13/shipping to ELIZABETHTOWN, TN.

One month later and after a couple of PMs, email from me....NOTHING!!!!! No "thanks I got it", no "this thing is crap, you can have it back"....nothing!! WTF!!?

Forum member to forum member - not very cool.....

Id had this custum airfilter for 4 years, never used it, but chrome was in great condition...figured someone could use it more than me....and this is the thanks I get?? Does anyone know this guy?? Seemed like a decent enough guy in previous PMs so Im kind of surprised this has happened.....anyone?

cheers
Andy

Is it time for a weekend road trip Andy? You, Chris and me, down to Elizabeth, TN. to collect your $ and then pick up that Lynchburg 750? I'm sure we could be very persuasive...well, Chris and I could be.  ;D ;D ;D

Actually Andy, I would have paid money to have somebody taking that airbox from me, so you are not that bad off.

FWIW, I sent GZ250 parts worth 300 euro to a guy I know from a spanish forum. It was two months ago and, even when I stated "you don't have to hurry for payment" I would hate to chase him around for payment. Seems that the less you know the buyer, the less problems you have.
